As a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), my approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, connection, and insight. I am a Certified Brainspotting Therapist, using Brainspotting to help you process difficult experiences that are hard to address through thinking alone. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a mind-body approach, helping you examine your thoughts and expectations, understand how they influence your feelings and behaviors, and develop healthier patterns.

Through trust-filled conversations and mind-body work, therapy becomes a process of insight, growth, and emotional freedom. My goal is to provide a nurturing, compassionate, and professional environment—with a touch of humor to help you feel at ease.
